iAnnouncer Pro（下称「本软件」）由独立开发者开发并运营，网站为 iannouncer.com。本政策说明我们在你使用本网站和本软件时会收集哪些信息、为什么收集、与谁共享、保存多久，以及你可以如何行使自己的权利。
一句话总结：我们只收集为你发放和校验授权所必需的最少信息（主要是邮箱和授权状态）。我们不会接触到你的银行卡号，也不会把你的信息卖给任何人。
1. 我们收集哪些信息

本软件不会读取、上传或分析你的模拟器存档、飞行数据、语音或任何与授权校验无关的本地文件。
2. 我们不收集的信息
我们不会收集或存储你的银行卡号、CVV、银行账户或任何完整支付凭据。所有付款由下方列出的支付服务商直接处理，我们只会收到一条「某笔订单已付款」的结果通知，以及你用于收货的邮箱。
3. 我们与谁共享
我们不出售你的个人信息。为了让服务能够运转，以下服务商会在各自的职责范围内处理部分数据：
- Creem——本站直接购买的支付处理与记录商户（Merchant of Record）。它负责收款、开票与代缴税费，并会按其自身政策收集账单信息。参见 Creem 隐私政策。
- simmarket——如果你是通过 simmarket 商店购买的，该笔交易由 simmarket 处理并适用其隐私政策。
- Cloudflare Email Routing——你发给 support@iannouncer.com 的邮件由它接收，并转发到我们托管在 Gmail 的客服邮箱。
- Google（Gmail）——我们的客服邮箱托管在 Gmail，你发给我们的邮件最终由 Google 接收和存储。
- Resend 与网易（163 邮箱）——我们通过它们向你发送兑换码、授权码、验证码和客服回复，两者互为备用投递通道，任一通道不可用时自动切换到下一条。
- Cloudflare——授权记录会定期备份到 Cloudflare D1 数据库，用于灾难恢复。
- Google AdSense——本网站部分页面展示 Google 广告。Google 及其合作方可能使用 Cookie 或类似技术来投放和衡量广告效果。你可以在 Google 广告设置 中管理个性化广告，或在 Google 广告与隐私说明 中了解详情。
除上述情形外，只有在法律法规明确要求时，我们才会披露相关信息。
4. Cookie 与广告
本网站自身只使用浏览器本地存储（localStorage）记住你选择的界面语言，不用于追踪、不用于广告。本页面（隐私政策）与服务条款页面不展示任何广告，也不加载广告代码。
首页会展示 Google AdSense 广告。关于广告 Cookie，我们按 Google 的要求作如下说明：
- 包括 Google 在内的第三方供应商会使用 Cookie，根据你此前对本网站或其他网站的访问来投放广告。
- Google 使用广告 Cookie，使其及其合作伙伴能够根据你对本网站和／或互联网上其他网站的访问向你投放广告。

5. 我们保存多久
授权记录（邮箱、授权码、授权类型、到期时间）在授权有效期内会一直保存；永久授权因为需要长期校验，会长期保留。IP 与校验时间记录仅保留最近一次。你可以随时要求删除，但删除授权记录会导致该授权无法再通过校验。
6. 你的权利
你可以随时通过下方邮箱要求：查询我们持有的与你相关的信息、更正错误的信息、删除你的授权记录，或撤回你此前的同意。为保护你的账户，我们可能需要你使用当初购买时的邮箱发起请求以完成身份核对。我们会在收到请求后 30 天内答复。
7. 数据安全
网站与接口全程使用 HTTPS 传输；授权数据存放在受访问控制的数据库中，密钥与凭据不存放于任何可通过网页访问的位置。但请理解，没有任何互联网传输或存储方式能保证 100% 安全。
8. 未成年人
本软件面向飞行模拟爱好者，并非专门面向 16 周岁以下的未成年人。我们不会有意收集未成年人的个人信息。如果你认为我们无意中收集了此类信息，请联系我们删除。
9. 政策变更
本政策如有实质性修改，我们会更新本页顶部的「最后更新」日期。继续使用本网站或本软件即表示你接受修改后的政策。

Privacy Policy

iAnnouncer Pro ("the Software") is developed and operated by an independent developer, at iannouncer.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and the Software, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.
In one sentence: we collect only the minimum needed to issue and verify your licence (mainly your email address and licence status). We never see your card number, and we never sell your data.

The Software does not read, upload, or analyse your simulator saves, flight data, voice, or any local file unrelated to licence verification.
2. What we do not collect
We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, bank account, or any complete payment credential. All payments are handled directly by the payment providers listed below; we only receive confirmation that an order was paid, together with the email address used for delivery.
3. Who we share with
We do not sell your personal information. The following providers process limited data so the service can function:
- Creem — payment processor and Merchant of Record for purchases made directly on this site. Creem handles payment, invoicing and tax, and collects billing information under its own policy. See the Creem Privacy Policy.
- simmarket — if you purchased through the simmarket store, that transaction is handled by simmarket under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Email Routing — email you send to support@iannouncer.com is received by this service and forwarded to our support mailbox hosted on Gmail.
- Google (Gmail) — our support mailbox is hosted on Gmail; email you send us is ultimately received and stored by Google.
- Resend and NetEase (163 Mail) — we use these to send redemption codes, licence keys, verification codes and support replies. They act as fallbacks for one another: if one is unavailable we automatically switch to the other.
- Cloudflare — licence records are periodically backed up to a Cloudflare D1 database for disaster recovery.
- Google AdSense — some pages of this website display Google ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. You can manage personalised advertising in Google Ad Settings or read more at Google Advertising & Privacy.
Beyond the above, we disclose information only where clearly required by law.
4. Cookies and advertising
This website itself uses browser localStorage only to remember your chosen interface language; it is not used for tracking or advertising. This page (the Privacy Policy) and the Terms of Service page display no advertising and load no ad code.
The home page displays Google AdSense advertising. Regarding advertising cookies, we disclose the following as required by Google:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You may also opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices.

5. How long we keep it
Licence records (email, licence key, licence type, expiry) are kept for as long as the licence is valid; lifetime licences are retained long-term because they must remain verifiable. Only the most recent IP address and verification timestamp are stored. You may request deletion at any time, but deleting a licence record means that licence can no longer pass verification.
6. Your rights
You may contact us at any time to access the information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, delete your licence record, or withdraw consent you previously gave. To protect your account we may ask you to send the request from the email address used at purchase. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
The website and its APIs use HTTPS throughout. Licence data is stored in an access-controlled database, and secrets and credentials are not stored anywhere reachable over the web. Please understand that no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
8. Children
The Software is aimed at flight simulation enthusiasts and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or the Software constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

本ソフトウェアは、シミュレーターのセーブデータ、フライトデータ、音声、その他ライセンス認証に関係のないローカルファイルを読み取り・送信・解析することはありません。
2. 取得しない情報
カード番号、セキュリティコード、銀行口座、その他の完全な決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。決済はすべて下記の決済事業者が直接処理し、当方が受け取るのは「支払いが完了した」という結果と、商品お届け用のメールアドレスのみです。
3. 第三者との共有
お客様の個人情報を販売することはありません。サービス提供のため、以下の事業者がそれぞれの範囲で一部データを取り扱います。
- Creem——本サイトでの直接購入における決済事業者かつ Merchant of Record。決済、請求書発行、税務を担当し、自社ポリシーに基づき請求情報を取得します。Creem プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
- simmarket——simmarket ストア経由でご購入の場合、当該取引は simmarket が自社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき処理します。
- Cloudflare Email Routing——support@iannouncer.com 宛のメールは本サービスが受信し、Gmail 上の当方サポート用メールボックスへ転送します。
- Google（Gmail）——当方のサポート用メールボックスは Gmail でホストされており、お客様のメールは最終的に Google が受信・保管します。
- Resend および NetEase（163メール）——引き換えコード、ライセンスキー、認証コード、サポート返信の送信に利用しています。相互にフォールバックとして機能し、一方が利用できない場合は自動的にもう一方に切り替わります。

4. Cookie と広告
本ウェブサイト自体は、選択された表示言語を記憶するためにブラウザの localStorage を使用するのみで、トラッキングや広告には使用しません。本ページ（プライバシーポリシー）および利用規約ページには広告を一切表示せず、広告コードも読み込みません。

5. 保存期間
ライセンス記録（メールアドレス、ライセンスキー、種別、有効期限）はライセンスが有効な間保存されます。買い切りライセンスは長期の認証が必要なため長期保存されます。IPアドレスと認証日時は直近の1件のみ保存します。削除のご請求はいつでも可能ですが、記録を削除するとそのライセンスは認証を通らなくなります。
6. お客様の権利
当方が保有する情報の開示、誤りの訂正、ライセンス記録の削除、同意の撤回について、いつでもご請求いただけます。アカウント保護のため、ご購入時のメールアドレスからのご連絡をお願いする場合があります。ご請求から30日以内に回答いたします。
7. セキュリティ
ウェブサイトおよび API は全経路で HTTPS を使用しています。ライセンスデータはアクセス制御されたデータベースに保存され、鍵や認証情報はウェブから到達可能な場所には保存していません。ただし、インターネット上の送信・保存方法で100%の安全性を保証できるものはありません。
8. 未成年者について
本ソフトウェアはフライトシミュレーター愛好者を対象としており、16歳未満の方を対象としたものではありません。未成年者の個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。万一取得されていると思われる場合はご連絡ください。削除いたします。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページ上部の「最終更新」日を更新します。変更後も本ウェブサイトまたは本ソフトウェアを継続してご利用の場合、改定後のポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
