本条款适用于你对 iAnnouncer Pro（下称「本软件」）及 iannouncer.com（下称「本网站」）的使用。下载、安装、购买或使用本软件，即表示你已阅读并同意本条款。如果你不同意，请勿使用本软件。
1. 本软件是什么
本软件是面向 Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 / 2024 的第三方辅助工具，提供客舱 PA 广播、RAAS 跑道提醒、航路地图、机场资料、SimBrief 航路显示、GSX 联动与飞行评价等功能。
本软件是独立开发的第三方产品，与 Microsoft、Asobo Studio 或任何航空公司、机场、航空器制造商均无隶属、赞助或背书关系。所有相关商标归各自权利人所有。本软件仅供模拟飞行娱乐使用，不得用于真实航空运行、导航或训练。
2. 授权范围
购买后，我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的使用许可，用于在你本人拥有或控制的设备上安装并使用本软件。
你不得：转售、出租、出借、再授权或分发本软件或授权码；共享、公开或批量分发兑换码与授权码；对本软件进行反向工程、反编译或破解其授权校验机制；将本软件用于任何违法用途。
违反上述任一条款，我们有权在不退款的前提下终止相应授权。

价格以结账页面显示的金额为准。作为记录商户的支付服务商可能会依据你所在地区的法律另行计收增值税或其他税费，该部分会在结账时明确显示。
4. 购买与交付
本网站的付款由 Creem 作为记录商户（Merchant of Record）处理。付款成功后，你会在支付完成页面看到一串兑换码，同一串兑换码也会发送到你的付款邮箱。
在你的电脑上打开 iAnnouncer Pro，进入授权／激活界面，输入该兑换码和付款时使用的邮箱即可完成激活——整个过程在软件内完成，不需要访问本网站。兑换码只能使用一次，请妥善保存。激活信息遗失可随时通过本网站的「找回激活码」功能取回。
本软件为数字商品，付款成功后即时交付，不涉及实物配送。
5. 退款政策
本软件提供免费试用版本。请务必在购买前下载试用，确认与你的模拟器环境兼容——试用版就是你评估本产品的机会。
兑换码属于一经发出即完成交付的数字内容。订单支付完成、兑换码发出后，即视为交付完成，不接受退款、退货或换货，无论该兑换码是否已经被兑换使用。
下单即表示你要求我们在冷静期结束前立即交付该数字内容，并确认在交付完成后即丧失法定撤回权（在你所在地法律允许的范围内）。
如果你在使用中遇到问题，请先联系 support@iannouncer.com，我们会协助你排查解决。本条款不排除或限制你所在地消费者保护法律赋予你的、不可放弃的法定权利；作为记录商户的 Creem 也可能依据其自身政策或法定义务独立处理退款与支付争议。
通过 simmarket 购买的订单，适用 simmarket 的退款政策，请向其提出。
6. 订阅套餐的期限
「一年订阅」是一次性购买、一年有效的套餐，不是周期性订阅。
不会自动续费：付款只发生一次，我们不会保存你的支付方式，也不会在到期时自动扣款。你无需取消，也没有需要取消的东西。
授权自兑换之日起满一年到期。到期后订阅功能停止，本体功能不受影响。需要继续使用订阅内容，到期后重新购买一次即可。
已购买的一年期限不可提前终止：一经兑换生效，期限内不接受中途退订、暂停或按比例退款。
7. 更新与可用性
我们会持续修复问题并发布更新，但不承诺任何特定功能会在特定时间上线。本软件的部分功能（如授权校验、服务端广播资源、SimBrief 航路）依赖网络服务；我们会尽力保持可用，但不保证不间断运行。第三方（模拟器、SimBrief、GSX 等）的更新可能导致部分功能暂时失效，我们会尽快适配。
8. 责任范围
本软件按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本软件而产生的间接损失、数据丢失或利润损失承担责任。在任何情况下，我们的赔偿责任总额不超过你为本软件实际支付的金额。
本条款不排除或限制依据你所在地消费者保护法律你所享有的、不可放弃的法定权利。
9. 账户与授权终止
如果你违反本条款第 2 条的使用限制，或存在盗刷、拒付等欺诈行为，我们有权立即停用相关授权且不予退款。
10. 条款变更
我们可能不时修订本条款。实质性修改会更新本页顶部的「最后更新」日期。修订不会追溯影响你已购买授权的既有权利。

These terms govern your use of iAnnouncer Pro ("the Software") and iannouncer.com ("the Website"). By downloading, installing, purchasing or using the Software you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.
1. What the Software is
The Software is a third-party add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 / 2024 providing cabin PA announcements, RAAS runway alerts, route maps, airport information, SimBrief route display, GSX integration and flight scoring.
The Software is an independently developed third-party product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft, Asobo Studio, or any airline, airport or aircraft manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Software is for flight simulation entertainment only and must not be used for real-world aviation operations, navigation or training.
2. Licence
Upon purchase we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control.
You may not: resell, rent, lend, sublicense or distribute the Software or its licence keys; share, publish or bulk-distribute redemption or licence keys; reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent the licence verification mechanism; or use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
Breach of any of the above entitles us to terminate the affected licence without refund.
3. Plans and pricing

The amount shown at checkout is authoritative. The Merchant of Record may add VAT or other taxes required by your jurisdiction; any such amount is shown clearly before you pay.
4. Purchase and delivery
Payments made on this Website are processed by Creem acting as Merchant of Record. After a successful payment you will see a redemption code on the confirmation page, and the same code is emailed to the address used for payment.
Open iAnnouncer Pro on your PC, go to the licence / activation screen, and enter the redemption code together with the email address you paid with — activation happens entirely inside the app; you do not need to visit this Website. A redemption code can be used only once, so please keep it safe. If you lose your activation details, you can recover them at any time using the "Recover licence key" function on this Website.
The Software is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment; no physical shipment is involved.
5. Refund policy
A free trial version is available. Please try it before buying to confirm compatibility with your setup — the trial is your opportunity to evaluate the product.
A redemption code is digital content that is fully delivered the moment it is issued. Once payment is complete and the redemption code has been issued, delivery is considered complete and no refunds, returns or exchanges are available, whether or not the code has been redeemed.
By placing an order you request immediate delivery of this digital content before the end of any cooling-off period, and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery is complete, to the extent permitted by the law of your place of residence.
If you run into problems using the Software, please contact support@iannouncer.com first and we will help you troubleshoot. Nothing here excludes or limits non-waivable statutory rights you have under the consumer protection law of your place of residence; Creem, as Merchant of Record, may also handle refunds and payment disputes independently under its own policy or legal obligations.
For orders placed through simmarket, simmarket's refund policy applies — please raise the request with them.
6. Subscription plan term
The "1 Year Subscription" is a one-off purchase valid for one year, not a recurring subscription.
It does not auto-renew. Payment is taken once. We do not store your payment method and nothing is charged when the year ends. There is nothing to cancel.
The licence expires one year after the redemption code is redeemed. After that the subscription features stop working; the core features are unaffected. To keep using the subscription content, simply buy it again.
A one-year term that has been purchased cannot be terminated early: once redeemed and active, we do not accept mid-term cancellation, suspension or pro-rata refunds.
7. Updates and availability
We continue to fix issues and ship updates, but we do not promise that any particular feature will be released at any particular time. Some features (licence verification, server-side announcement resources, SimBrief routing) depend on network services; we aim to keep them available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Updates by third parties (the simulator, SimBrief, GSX) may temporarily break features, which we will adapt to as quickly as we can.
8. Limitation of liability
The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of data or loss of profit arising from use of or inability to use the Software. In any event our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Software.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have under the consumer protection law of your place of residence.
9. Termination
If you breach the usage restrictions in section 2, or engage in fraud such as unauthorised card use or chargebacks, we may disable the affected licence immediately and without refund.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Revisions do not retroactively affect rights under licences you have already purchased.

1. 本ソフトウェアについて
本ソフトウェアは Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 / 2024 向けのサードパーティ製アドオンであり、客室 PA アナウンス、RAAS 滑走路警告、ルートマップ、空港情報、SimBrief ルート表示、GSX 連携、フライト評価などの機能を提供します。
本ソフトウェアは独立開発のサードパーティ製品であり、Microsoft、Asobo Studio、航空会社、空港、航空機メーカーとは一切提携・後援・推奨関係にありません。各商標は各権利者に帰属します。本ソフトウェアはフライトシミュレーションの娯楽目的専用であり、実際の航空運航・航法・訓練に使用してはなりません。
2. ライセンスの範囲
ご購入により、お客様がご自身で所有または管理する機器に本ソフトウェアをインストールし使用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不可のライセンスを許諾します。
次の行為は禁止されます：本ソフトウェアまたはライセンスキーの転売、貸与、再許諾、配布；引き換えコードやライセンスキーの共有・公開・大量配布；リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、ライセンス認証機構の回避；違法目的での使用。
これらに違反した場合、返金なしに該当ライセンスを終了させることがあります。

決済画面に表示される金額が正となります。Merchant of Record がお客様の地域の法令に基づき付加価値税等を加算する場合があり、その金額は決済前に明示されます。
4. 購入と引き渡し
本ウェブサイトでの決済は Creem が Merchant of Record として処理します。決済完了後、完了ページに引き換えコードが表示され、同じコードがお支払いに使用したメールアドレスにも送信されます。
お使いのパソコンで iAnnouncer Pro を起動し、ライセンス／アクティベーション画面で引き換えコードとお支払いに使用したメールアドレスを入力してください。アクティベートはすべてアプリ内で完結し、本ウェブサイトへアクセスする必要はありません。引き換えコードは一度のみ使用可能ですので大切に保管してください。情報を紛失した場合は、本ウェブサイトの「ライセンスキー再取得」からいつでも取得できます。
本ソフトウェアはデジタル商品であり、決済完了と同時に引き渡されます。物品の配送はありません。
5. 返金ポリシー
無料体験版をご用意しています。ご購入前に必ず体験版でお使いの環境との互換性をご確認ください。体験版が本製品をご評価いただく機会となります。
引き換えコードは、発行された時点で引き渡しが完了するデジタルコンテンツです。決済完了および引き換えコード発行をもって引き渡し完了とみなし、引き換えの有無にかかわらず、返金・返品・交換はお受けできません。
ご注文をもって、クーリングオフ期間の終了前に当該デジタルコンテンツの即時引き渡しをご請求いただいたものとし、引き渡し完了後は法定の撤回権が失われることにご同意いただいたものとみなします（お客様の居住地の法令が認める範囲内）。
ご利用中に問題が生じた場合は、まず support@iannouncer.com までご連絡ください。原因の切り分けをお手伝いいたします。本条項は、お客様の居住地の消費者保護法に基づく放棄不能な法定の権利を排除・制限するものではありません。また Merchant of Record である Creem が、自社ポリシーまたは法的義務に基づき独自に返金・支払い紛争を処理する場合があります。
simmarket 経由でご購入の場合は simmarket の返金ポリシーが適用されますので、simmarket へお申し出ください。
6. サブスクリプションプランの期間
「1年サブスクリプション」は1年間有効な買い切りプランであり、継続課金型のサブスクリプションではありません。
自動更新はされません。お支払いは一度きりで、お支払い方法を保存することはなく、期間満了時に自動的に請求されることもありません。解約のお手続きは不要です。
ライセンスは引き換えコードの引き換え日から1年で満了します。満了後はサブスクリプション機能が停止しますが、本体機能には影響しません。引き続きご利用になる場合は、あらためてご購入ください。
ご購入済みの1年間の期間を途中で終了することはできません。引き換えにより有効化された後、期間中の中途解約・一時停止・日割り返金はお受けできません。
7. アップデートと可用性
継続的に不具合の修正とアップデートを行いますが、特定の機能を特定の時期に提供することをお約束するものではありません。一部機能（ライセンス認証、サーバー側アナウンス素材、SimBrief ルート）はネットワークサービスに依存します。可用性の維持に努めますが、無停止での稼働を保証するものではありません。第三者（シミュレーター、SimBrief、GSX 等）の更新により一時的に機能が動作しなくなる場合があり、可能な限り速やかに対応いたします。
8. 責任の制限
本ソフトウェアは「現状有姿」で提供されます。法令が許容する最大限の範囲において、本ソフトウェアの使用または使用不能から生じた間接損害、データの喪失、逸失利益について責任を負いません。いかなる場合も当方の賠償責任の総額は、お客様が本ソフトウェアに実際にお支払いいただいた金額を超えないものとします。
本規約は、お客様の居住地の消費者保護法に基づく放棄不能な法定の権利を排除・制限するものではありません。
9. ライセンスの終了
第2条の使用制限に違反した場合、または不正利用・チャージバック等の不正行為があった場合、返金なしに直ちに該当ライセンスを無効化することがあります。
10. 規約の変更
本規約は随時改定することがあります。重要な変更は本ページ上部の「最終更新」日に反映されます。改定は、既にご購入済みのライセンスに関する既存の権利に遡って影響を及ぼすものではありません。
